Heritage, Arts and Cultural Project Delivery
At Free Range, we bring people together through creative, community-led heritage, arts and culture projects that celebrate place, stories and shared experience. We specialise in designing and delivering engaging programmes that connect communities, cultural organisations, local authorities and businesses.
We’ve worked with a wide range of partners – including Churches and PCCs, councils, BID groups, charities, schools and local businesses – to develop projects that are rooted in local identity and shaped by collaboration. Our approach blends research, analysis, storytelling, events and communications to help organisations engage audiences in meaningful, inclusive ways.
Our experience spans everything from place-based cultural events and exhibitions to large-scale public programmes that bring history and creativity into everyday spaces. Our team have played key roles in landmark cultural moments such as the Chelsea Christmas Light Switch-On and the Tour of Britain’s arrival in Suffolk. They have supported festivals including Love Felixstowe and ‘Witches, Legends and Curious Tales’ and delivered community engagement and evaluation around heritage-led initiatives including Tattingstone: The Next Chapter and ‘Stories and Spires’ in Essex.
Alongside event delivery, we support partners with audience development, interpretation, marketing and PR, ensuring cultural activity reaches the people it’s meant for and leaves a lasting impact. We also design projects that align with corporate social responsibility and funding priorities, helping organisations demonstrate social value through heritage and creative engagement.
Whether you need end-to-end project delivery or specialist support with research, engagement or communications, we’d love to explore how we can help bring your heritage and cultural ideas to life.
