Oxford Martin Agile EDI Retreat
Working alongside the Agile Initiative at the Oxford Martin School, we collaborated with their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer to design and deliver a retreat focused on embedding EDI principles into research. Guided by the Agile Initiative’s ethos of strengthening equity, diversity, and inclusion across research, capacity development, outreach, and communications, the retreat brought together environmental scientists and EDI leaders from across four UK universities to explore practical, impactful approaches to inclusive practice.
